Little Green Apple Hallmark Return Policy:

Returns of items purchased in-store, or online, may be made to any Little Green Apple Hallmark store location for a refund or credit.  Visit our store locator to find your local store.

If you prefer to mail your online order back for a refund, please contact us at hello@littlegreenapple.com.  Be sure to include your order number which can be found in your order and/or shipping confirmation email.

Most items purchased from Little Green Apple Hallmark, both in-store and online, may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt. Merchandise must be returned in the manufacturer’s saleable, like-new condition with the original packaging materials (including the barcode label), accessories, and instructions.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, except as noted below.

If a gift receipt or shipment confirmation email is presented for a return in-store, the refund will be issued in the form of a store credit for use in-store.

The following are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Face Masks and other Personal Protective Equipment
  • Blind Box and Mystery Items.
  • Sale & Clearance Merchandise
  • Holiday items are not eligible for return after the Holiday
  • Gift Card Purchases
  • Food and/or Candy items, due to health code restrictions.


Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We regret that we are unable to accept returns on merchandise damaged by the customer. We are unable to accept cash-on-delivery (COD) or third-party billing, for returned merchandise. All COD packages will be refused.

Little Green Apple Hallmark reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if an item shows signs of use, damage, wear, odor, missing components, or is not in resalable condition. We may also refuse returns that fall outside our posted return window or do not meet policy requirements.
